If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If an item is faulty, or becomes faulty through normal use, please take the following action:
For purchases under 30 days we will exchange the item at no cost to you. In this event please phone or email us to arrange a replacement.
For purchases over 30 days, but less than 12 months, please return the item to the address below. After inspection we will either repair, replace or return (if not a manufacturing fault) the item. If faulty, we will reimburse, within reason, costs incurred for returning the item.
If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused and in it's original packaging.
Regrettably we cannot accept returns on used merchandise, custom fit clubs or personalised goods (unless an incorrect item was delivered).
Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
You must contact us, via email, of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery of the goods. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Proof of purchase will be required.
Send the item to the address below with a covering note, including your name, address and order number, explaining the action you would prefer us to take.
We recommend you use a reputable courier for large items and Special Delivery for smaller items.
