This is a replacement speed control unit suitable for the following Powakaddy Golf Trolleys:

• Freeway
• Classic/Legend

The classic symtoms of a Powakaddy that requires a new speed control unit are:

• The trolley is dead, and has died suddenly,
• When you turn the potentiometer (switch), there is a clicking noise coming from under the trolley

If your Powakaddy has a didgital readout on the handle, then this control unit is not suitable for your trolley, you will require the Digital Speed Controller.
